Prohibited activity
Unlawful activity, misleading or deceptive conduct, harassment, discrimination, scraping, spam, attempting to bypass the platform, and misrepresenting who you are or what a space is.
Prohibited spaces
Residential dwellings offered as homes, premises you are not authorised to offer, unsafe or non-compliant buildings, spaces without lawful access or egress, and premises subject to an order preventing their use.
Restricted uses
Uses requiring a licence — including food handling, liquor service, ticketed events, childcare and regulated trades — may only proceed with the correct licences and the owner's written agreement.
Enforcement
Listings and accounts that breach this policy can be removed or suspended, and serious matters may be reported to the relevant authority.
