How reviews and ratings work when they are enabled on Quorum.

Who can review
Only parties to a completed booking may review it, and reviews are published without editing by the other party.
What is not allowed
Incentivised, fake, retaliatory or off-topic reviews, personal information about others, and content that is unlawful, discriminatory or abusive.
Moderation
Reviews reported as breaching this policy are assessed and may be removed. We do not remove a review simply because it is negative.
Rights of reply
The reviewed party may publish one response to each review.
