Accurate intended use
Describe your intended use honestly and completely. Owners rely on it to assess lease, planning, licensing and insurance obligations.
Permits, licences and insurance
You are responsible for obtaining every permit, licence, registration and insurance applicable to your activity, including public liability cover where required.
Using the space
Follow occupancy limits, property rules, trading hours and access arrangements, and leave the space in the condition you received it.
Prohibited uses
You must not use premises for unlawful activity or for anything listed in the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Spaces Policy.
No approval by Quorum
Quorum has not independently approved your proposed use and gives no assurance that it is permitted at the premises. Quorum does not provide legal, planning, property or insurance advice. Owners and renters are each responsible for their own compliance and for obtaining their own advice.
