Additional terms for owners, agents and managers listing space on Quorum.

Authority to list
You must have the authority of the owner or head lessee to offer the premises for the advertised use and period.
Accuracy and disclosure
Listing details, photographs, floor area, capacity, availability, pricing and additional costs must be accurate, and you must disclose restrictions that would affect a renter's use — including lease, planning, body corporate, trading-hour and access limits.
Compliance and permitted use
You are responsible for confirming that a proposed use is permitted under your lease, planning rules, building rules and any licences. Quorum does not provide legal, planning, property or insurance advice. Owners and renters are each responsible for their own compliance and for obtaining their own advice.
Insurance
You must hold and maintain property and public liability insurance appropriate to the premises, at least the amount shown in your listing requirements ([Administrator to complete: required public liability amount]).
Fees
Quorum charges a service fee shown at the time of the request. Fees, GST treatment and any deposit requirements are displayed before a request is submitted.
Occupancy documentation
Any licence or occupancy agreement is between you and the renter. Quorum does not draft, review or enforce it.
