Within the cancellation window
Cancelling inside the listing's free-cancellation window returns the space charge and cleaning fee in full.
Outside the cancellation window
Amounts already committed to the owner may be retained in line with the listing's stated policy. The service fee position is shown at checkout for each booking.
Security deposits
A deposit is returned after the booking ends, less any deductions the owner substantiates for damage or breach, with reasons provided.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing here limits remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where a service is not supplied as described.
How to request a refund
Use the booking record in your dashboard, or contact [Administrator to complete: general contact email] if a booking cannot be resolved with the other party.
