Owner cover
Owners are expected to maintain building, property and public liability cover appropriate to the premises ([Administrator to complete: required public liability amount]). Quorum does not verify policies.
Renter cover
Renters are generally expected to hold current public liability cover for their activity, plus cover for their own stock, fit-out and equipment, which the owner's policy will not cover.
Safety on site
