About the platform
Quorum, operated by [Administrator to complete: legal entity name], is a marketplace that introduces businesses looking for short-term commercial space to owners and managers of vacant premises. Quorum is not a party to any occupancy arrangement between them, is not an agent for either party, and does not create a lease.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts must use accurate details and be kept secure.
What Quorum does and does not do
Quorum provides listing, search, messaging and booking-request tools. It does not inspect premises, does not verify that a proposed use is permitted, and does not guarantee any listing, owner or renter. Quorum does not provide legal, planning, property or insurance advice. Owners and renters are each responsible for their own compliance and for obtaining their own advice.
Requests and approvals
Every booking request is subject to owner approval and to any occupancy agreement the owner requires before access is given.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or content that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, Quorum's liability is limited to the fees it has received for the relevant booking. These terms are governed by [Administrator to complete: governing law and jurisdiction].
