Creating a listing
We collect property details, photographs, address information, pricing and availability so the listing can be published and searched. The exact street address is only shown publicly if you allow it.
Sending an enquiry or booking request
We collect your message, intended use and requested dates, and share these with the owner so they can assess the request. Owners see your name, business name and message — not your identity documents.
Identity verification
