Raise it with the other party first
Most issues are resolved directly in Messages. Keep the conversation on the platform so there is a record.

If it cannot be resolved, send the details, dates and any evidence to [Administrator to complete: complaints email] or use the complaint form in your dashboard.
What happens next
We acknowledge complaints, request any missing information, review the records held on the platform, and give a written outcome. Serious safety or misuse reports are prioritised.
External options
You may also take a dispute to an appropriate external body, including a tribunal, consumer affairs agency or, for privacy issues, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
